Company Retreat: We Are Better Together!

Earlier this month, we hit the road and headed to Camp Allen for our annual company retreat. It was a short and sweet day trip. The retreat consisted of motivational and educational presentations by various team members as well as indoor and outdoor activities. The activities ranged from puzzle games to horseback riding (so fun!) and we even took some drone shots!

While we built deeper relationships, we also talked about department goals, ways to execute the goals, and the importance of cross-team interaction. In between the presentations and team building exercises, the retreat created a space for reflection. It was a great opportunity to connect with our company culture and discuss new ways that we could foster more efficient, collaborative work. Together, the retreat helped us look at our company through the lens that “we are better together” and proud to say that we left Camp Allen with a lot smiles and laughter! 

We cannot wait to see what 2017 has in store for us!
